PRAY

  1. Speakers next week: Rev. Antony Law (Joint Service), Pastor Will (Interpreter).
  2. For the Church: (a) Pray for Vicky Lam: After discussing with her family and specialists, Vicky will take oral medicines instead of chemotherapy and radiotherapy.  (b) Pray for the Lord’s healing on Jerome & Amy after the car accident.
  3. Pastoral Search: Please pray for the process.
  4. Building Project: The safety of the workers and the completion of the project in 10-12 months.  Take a look of the progress here:

  1. Community: For COVID-19, pray for the government leaders as well as the essential workers.
  2. World: Pray for the war, people and churches in Ukraine. Also, pray for the MB Missionaries Maxym and Anya there.

 

FAMILY NEWS

  1. Welcome everyone to join our in-person/online worship.
  2. Safety Guideline: Even Dr. Bonnie Henry mentioned the mask requirement is lifted, for the safety of our church congregation, we will continue to require masks for indoor gatherings.  Thank you for your cooperation.
  3. Next Sunday Prayer Meeting (May 8th, 10am): We will have Rev. Antony Law to share with us OMF East Asian Diasporas Ministry.
  4. Next Sunday Joint Service at 11am.  Next joint service is on June 19th.
  5. Building Loan: The goal of the loan is $110,000. There are 6 loan response forms received with a total of $75,000, shortage of $35,000.
  6. In-person Kid’s Worship and Sunday School is resumed.  Parents please take note.
  7. Northshore Pacific Grace MB Church’s Fundraising Event for Multiply (MB Mission): Golf tournament will be held on June 1st Wednesday at Riverway Golf Course (Burnaby).  The tournament is at noon and the dinner event is at 7:30 pm.   For details, contact graceopen2022@gmail.com.  Registration Form here, and Poster here.
