PRAY

  1. Speakers next week: John Johnstone (English), Walton Pang (Chinese).
  2. Changed Life Center (Thailand): Praise the Lord for four students who received baptism last week.  Pray for their growth in faith.
  3. For the Church: (a) Pray for the Lord’s healing on Jerome & Amy after the car accident.  (b) For Vinson’s rehab, and pray for the family as well.
  4. Pray for Rev. Enoch Yim of Burnaby Pacific Grace Church and his wife, Winnie’s family: The fire last Sunday claimed the lives of 3 people: Winnie’s father, her sister-in-law, and nephew, while Winnie’s brother Gerald is in critical condition at ICU.  Pray for the Lord’s healing and comfort, and for Him being the cornerstone of faith for the family.
  5. Pastoral Search: Please pray for the process.
  6. Building Project: The safety of the workers and the completion of the project in 10-12 months.
  7. Community: Pray for the protection against the COVID-19, and pray for the government leaders as well as the essential workers.  Also pray for the health workers who are affected by the recent protests.

FAMILY NEWS

  1. Welcome everyone to join our online worship.
  2. Worship Service Arrangement: As COVID-19 situation is still in severity, Sunday services are held online in February.  Future arrangements will be announced by mid February.  Pray for the brothers, sisters and speakers who participate in the live broadcast at McNair Secondary School.
  3. Family Meeting (Today, 2:30pm, on Zoom) will update the building progress and finance.  Zoom link is the same as the EM Worship Zoom, which will be posted on the fellowship/cell groups.
  4. Joint Mission Service will be held on February 27th.  Next joint service is on March 13th.
  5. Membership Class starts on February 27th.  Here you can find the Membership form.
  6. Pastoral Search Committee is formed, with members: Pastor George, two deacons: May Ng and Hilda Wong, and three church members: Steven Lee, Wilson Chan and Clara Chew. Positions: (1) Senior Pastor, (2) Cantonese Ministry Pastor.
  7. Sunday Prayer Meetings will be held online from 10am to 10:40am. The Zoom link will be posted on the fellowship Facebook groups.

  1.
