2.   Project Schedule Update:

2.1   Our Development Permit Application had been approved with some conditions at COR “Development Permit Panel” meeting on May 16th, 2018.  However, we are still waiting for the COR’s Legal Department to give us the “Land Title” description for our Lawyer to prepare the Legal Document for the Land.  Secondly, we are still preparing a “Letter of Credit” for on-site landscaping to COR for Security.  Upon the satisfaction of the above conditions, COR will issue the formal “Development Permit” to us.  Then, we can start the procedure to apply for Building Permit (BP).  At the time being, Project Team (PjT) is working with our Professionals to prepare Construction Drawings for BP Application, and set up interviews with potential General Contractor/Builder for this project.  If everything goes well, estimated completion is about 8 months after the issue of Building Permit (BP).
